Wright

Kernersville – Mr. Danny Eugene Wright, 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born on May 9, 1953 in Guilford County to Garland Luther and Mary Perry Wright. Danny was an accomplished carpenter and woodworker. He built cabins and enjoyed making model cars. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by two brothers, David Wright and Garland Lee Wright. He is survived by his daughter, Dana Wright; son, Daniel Wright; granddaughter, Danasia Hammond; siblings, Roger Wright (wife, Pamula Lynn), Nellie Swaim, and Robert Wright (wife, Teresa); many nieces and nephews; and his loving dog, Lupe.
Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, no formal services will be held. A memorial service may be planned at a time in the future. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
