Withdrawal approved

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen has accepted a request from the developer proposing to build a 212-unit apartment complex on Old Winston Road to withdraw its rezoning petition that had been scheduled for a public hearing Tuesday night. The case will now have to be refiled with the Town’s Planning Department before returning to the aldermen at a future date. For more, see the Thursday, December 6, 2018 edition.
