The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 for a public hearing and vote on a proposal to place a quarter-cent sales tax increase on next year’s presidential primary ballot to fund an increase in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) teacher supplements.
