Lawsuit moves forward

While the N.C. Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments on whether or not a lawsuit surrounding the Northern Beltway should become a class action suit, several Kernersville landowners are awaiting a Superior Court judge’s ruling regarding their properties. According to Attorney Matthew Bryant, who represents landowners who hope to legally compel the N.C. Department of Transportation to finally buy their properties.
