Clifford H. Jones, 96, of Kernersville, NC passed away peacefully Wednesday February 19, 2020.
Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 11:00AM Wednesday February 26, 2020 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel. Interment will follow at 2:00PM Wednesday at Salisbury National Cemetery.
A native of Los Angeles, CA, Clifford was the husband of the late, Catherine Hazelroth Jones. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Clifford retired after 30 years of service as a clerk with the United States Postal Service.
Survivors include his daughters, Linda Worland and husband, Kenneth of Kernersville, NC, and Janice Nolte of St. Louis, MO; two grandsons, James Worland, and Clifford Paton; four great grandchildren, Kimiet Paton, Victoria Paton, Celena Worland, and Katrina Worland; and one great-great grandson, Dawson Paton.
In addition to his wife, Clifford was preceded in death by his four brothers and one sister.
