ICE issue continues

Forsyth County Sheriff Bobby Kimbrough, Jr. appeared before county commissioners on Thursday, telling them legal concerns prompted his decision to end an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement that honors requests for some inmates to be detained.
