Growth around Union Cross Road and I-40

The Kernersville Board of Aldermen will discuss a proposed 372-unit apartment complex at the intersection of Union Cross Road near Kenosha Drive during its meeting tonight. April 2. If approved, the upscale units would be less than a mile from “The Grand at Union Cross” – a second luxury apartment complex being designed by Chris Parr, president of Parr Investments.
