DONALD LEWIS GARNER, JR.
STOKESDALE – Donald Lewis Garner, Jr., 54, died on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at his home.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2018 at Colonial Funeral Home in Madison.
Mr. Garner was born on November 2, 1963 in Guilford County to Elaine Williams Asher and the late Donald Lewis Garner, Sr. Donald was previously employed as a heavy equipment operator and pipe layer, thoroughly enjoying both professions. His hobbies included racing, tractors and being an all-around Mr. Fix-It. His family was of upmost importance to him, especially his loving grandkids.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his fiancé and longtime companion of twenty-seven years, Barbara Manley; step-son, Brandon Manley; step-daughter, Brandy Manley Wilkins; brothers, Kenneth Garner (Stacy), Paul Garner (Amy) and Trevor Garner (Monica); grandchildren, Chloe and Wyatt Wilkins; two uncles; three aunts and many nieces and nephews.
Colonial Funeral Home in Madison, North Carolina is serving the family.
