As influenza cases have increased throughout the Piedmont Triad region in recent weeks, several major health systems have coordinated to enact temporary restrictions for children 12 years old and younger. As flu season continues, officials at each health system will evaluate the need for visitation restrictions on a weekly basis or more often as needed.
