ONE DAY AT A TIME
I cannot love you forever,
There is no forever,
Life is limited, not forever,
There is today and what if,
Not forever.

I love you today,
Oh how I do love you today,
How could I not love you,
Tomorrow comes I will love you,
Then tomorrow will be today
No longer tomorrow.

I can only love you today,
Everyday, one day at a time,
But always only today.

I will love you unconditionally,
With commitment, with all there
Is that I am capable of.

I wish I could love you forever,
But we don’t have forever
It will always be one day at a time,
All we really have is today,
One day at a time, but oh,
How I do love you today.
