Kernersville political activist Harvey Pulliam, Jr. was cited on a local Business 40 overpass on Tuesday, Aug. 6 for violating Kernersville’s ordinance requiring a permit to hold a public demonstration. Pulliam was sitting in his lawn chair with a yellow “Don’t Tread on Me” flag and signs calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama displayed for highway motorists to see as they approached the bridge.
