Medical Pkwy Agreement reached

Trade Street Development Corp. and Joyce Development Corporation have reached a mutually-acceptable agreement resulting in Trade Street’s acquisition of Joyce’s real property near Highway 66 in Kernersville which was necessary to complete construction of the Kernersville Medical Parkway. The agreement between Trade Street and Joyce will resolve the pending litigation between the Town and Joyce relating to the proposed condemnation of Joyce’s property.
