It may have been his fourth trip to Israel in 10 years, but Main Street United Methodist Church Senior Pastor Dr. Jeff Patterson said every visit provides him with a rejuvenated appreciation for his spiritual homeland.
“Israel is a remarkable country with remarkable people,” Patterson said. “Every time I visit, I gain a better understanding of my biblical faith and its Jewish roots.” Patterson said his most recent pilgrimage took him and approximately 53 other people on a journey through Israel for 11 days earlier this month.
