The Kernersville Planning Board unanimously recommended a rezoning request from Shea Davis and Venture Properties to designate approximately 1.64 acres of land on NC Highway 66 as General Business for the purpose of building a Dollar General near Abbots Creek Court and Cedar Knoll Drive.
