The Chamber of Commerce and Kernersville Downtown Council are hosting two special events this week to offer great deals to Kernersville residents and the surrounding communities to shop during Kernersville’s annual Holiday Open House from 5- 7 p.m. with Santa Claus on Friday, November 27 and Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 28, both in downtown Kernersville.
