Projects receive green light

The Kernersville Planning Board signed off on two new development projects on Monday, moving them one step closer to the construction phase.
The first project to receive unanimous support was a request from Luke Dickey, agent for Parker Horizons, LLC, to change 7.43 acres of land on Clayton Forest Road from General Business to Limited Industrial- Special Use District. For more, see the Thursday, November 12, 2015 edition.
