Operation: Back Pack

Dr. Chad McIntyre and his staff at Triad Upper Cervical Clinic are once again seeking donations of back packs filled with school supplies in support of Operation: Back Pack, an initiative that collects supplies for students at Kernersville Elementary School through his West Mountain Street office.
