New tenant

The old Adams Millis distribution center on North Main Street – most recently occupied by Hanesbrands, Inc. – will soon have a new tenant. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company has finalized a multi-year lease to rent the 387,000 square foot facility sitting on 30 acres of land. For more, see the Saturday/Sunday, June 27 & 28, 2015 edition.
