County budget

Forsyth County commissioners heard a preliminary budget presentation for the 2015-16 fiscal year from County Manager Dudley Watts on Thursday, with Watts recommending a 1.15 cent hike in the property tax rate and added funding for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
