3-year-old shot

A three-year-old female was transported to Brenner Children’s Hospital on Saturday following what is being considered an accidental shooting, according to the Kernersville Police Department. Kernersville police reportedly responded to 913 Branchwood Drive in regard to a three-year-old female who had been accidentally shot in the leg. Police said the injury was not life-threatening, but there is an active investigation.
