Grading scale

The North Carolina State Board of Education approved a plan Thursday that will see North Carolina’s high schools implement a new 10-point grading scale beginning next fall for all students in grades ninth through 12th. For more, see the Saturday/Sunday, January 10 & 11, 2015 edition.
