Parents file lawsuit

The parents of an 11-year-old East Forsyth Middle School sixth grader who was killed while crossing Old Hollow Road to board his school bus in 2012 have filed a lawsuit against the driver of the vehicle that hit him and the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Board of Education.
