Courthouse sold

A Virginia developer plans to breathe new life into the former Forsyth County Courthouse this summer by creating one-of-a-kind condos. Representatives with Clachan Properties LLC purchased the property from Forsyth County officials last Tuesday for $700,000. For more, see the Tuesday, March 25, 2014 edition.
