Two new bills introduced by former Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Board of Education Chairman Donny Lambeth could change the way the local school board operates. The first bill would give school board members the authority to fill its own vacancies instead of passing that responsibility on to the Forsyth County commissioners.
