Bible study at area high schools?

If a bill proposed by a legislator is approved by the N.C. General Assembly, Forsyth County high school students would be able to enroll in bible study for elective credit starting in August. Sen. Stan Bingham, R-Davidson, introduced Senate Bill 138 on Feb. 27. The bill would allow local school systems to offer a course studying the Old Testament, the New Testament or a combination of both to students in grades nine through 12.
