When it comes to being prepared to assist in an emergency situation, eighth grade students at Kernersville Middle School are well on their way to do just that.
Beginning last year, School Resource Officer Nicole Smith, of the Kernersville Police Department, along with the school’s P.E. and health instructors, have been working to make sure students are certified in CPR. For more, see the Saturday/Sunday, Feb. 16 & 17, 2013 edition.
