Increasing the security at each school in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System (WS/FCS) is a priority for members of the WS/FCS Board of Education, but they decided Tuesday night that they should not rush to any conclusions. School Board member Buddy Collins said there is not a “one size fits all” solution, which is why Board members did not want to sign off on spending $120,000 to install a communications device at the schools.
