New beltway ruling

A Forsyth County Superior Court judge has issued another judgment in favor of landowners whose property is in the path of the Northern Beltway.
The latest decision came on Friday, when Judge John O. Craig, III ruled that 73 additional cases where beltway property owners have filed lawsuits against the N.C. Department of Transportation are consistent with the 203 cases heard in his court last year.
