Elected officials in both Winston-Salem and Forsyth County are hoping that a multi-million dollar incentive deal will be enough to lure a new business to the former Dell Plant off Union Cross Road. According to Forsyth County Commissioner Dave Plyler, the California-based Herbalife, an international nutrition and weight management company, is considering the site for a new manufacturing and distribution center and another in Atlanta, Ga.
