Challenge from the fire chief

With widespread flooding left in the wake of Hurricane Matthew, roads washed out and untold damage in eastern North Carolina, Piney Grove Volunteer Fire Department Chief Jimmy Barrow wants businesses, churches, schools, civic organizations and others to find a sister or partner group in impacted areas and ask them directly what they need to help their communities.
