For a few moments Tuesday night, East Forsyth and Northwest Guilford high schools put aside their cross-county soccer rivalry in order to support a Kernersville family whose son has been missing for almost six months. The boys’ teams came together in presenting John and Abbie Roberts signed jerseys from both teams, naming the couple honorary captains for the match and allowing them to conduct the coin toss, all in honor of their son, James “Martin” Roberts.
