Justices decline review

The N.C. Supreme Court will not hear a request to overturn an Appeals Court ruling in favor of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) Board of Education in a lawsuit over the death of Hasani Wesley, an 11-year-old Kernersville boy who was killed in December 2012 after being hit by a vehicle while crossing Old Hollow Road to catch his school bus.
