Internet Purchase Exchange Zone

KPD MPO W.B. Jones, the KPD’s Crime Prevention/Community Relations coordinator, was in Florida for training when he noticed signs on various government buildings indicating spots where it was safe to exchange items sold via the internet through services such as Craigslist. For residents in Kernersville, that place can now be a spot in the parking lot of the KPD, in what police are calling an “Internet Purchase Exchange Zone.”
