Found not guilty

A former daycare employee was found not guilty of child abuse charges by a Forsyth County jury on Wednesday after the judge dismissed the most serious of charges against her.
Juneaice Nichole Neely had been charged with felony negligent child abuse inflicting serious physical injury and one count of misdemeanor child abuse following an investigation in allegations that a child was injured in June 2015 at Sugar and Spice Child Enrichment Center on Union Cross Road.
